Carcetti Capital Announces Appointment and Resignation of Directors
Calgary, Alberta – April 19, 2023 – Carcetti Capital Corp. (the “ Company ”) ( TSX-V NEX: CART.H ), announces the appointment of Kenneth Taylor to the board of directors. Mr. Taylor is a Credit Specialist with the Credit Institute of Canada and has served as a director of several TSX Venture issuers.
The Company also announces the resignation of Frank Mermoud as a director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Mermoud for his many years of service to the Company, which was formerly known as Cub Energy Inc., and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
