HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: new order intake up 22 % in Q1 2016

Lehrte, April 14, 2016 – Following a very strong year for order intake in 2015, HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has also made a good start to its current financial year with significant new order intake growth. Consolidated new order intake was up by 22 % to reach EUR 58.8 million in the first quarter of 2016 (Q1 2015: EUR 48.1 million). The subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH were especially responsible for this growth, as planned.

Based on various projects’ planned sales launch dates, the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG firmly assumes that on average the final three quarters of the year will be significantly stronger than the first quarter, as in the previous year. Marked, double-digit percentage new order intake growth rates are consequently anticipated on a full-year view, which would again comprise a solid basis for the company’s targeted revenue and earnings growth over the following years.
