Completion of Flight Systems Pty Ltd Acquisition

Helloworld Travel Limited (HLO) has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Flight Systems Pty Ltd, a provider of web-based flight booking technologies and operator of the skiddoo.com.au website, as announced on 20 March 2018.

“We are delighted to welcome Flight Systems into the Helloworld Travel Limited family and look forward to the expanded systems capability that will be available across the group’s retail and corporate distribution channels”, said Andrew Burnes, Chief Executive Officer, Helloworld Travel Limited.

While consideration for the acquisition was not material, Flight Systems is an important strategic step in strengthening Helloworld Travel’s systems development capability.
