UPDATED CAPITAL STRUCTURE
The Company has today allotted 5,504,169 fully paid shares and 2,752,234 options (exercisable at 25 cents on or before 30 November 2005) as a result of the recent entitlement issue, raising \$1.4million. The Directors have reserved the right to place the shortfall from the issue, being 13,475,658 fully paid shares and 6,737,829 options (exercisable at 25 cents on or before 30 November 2005) by 22 July 2004, being 3 months after the Closing date.
In addition, 423,681 fully paid shares have been allotted as the result of the conversion of listed options (exercisable at 25 cents on or before 30 November 2005).
The issued capital of Helix Resources is now as follows:
