The Company announces that it was notified on 29 January 2014 that on that day Andrew Christie, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 158p per share.  These shares represent Mr Christie's entire interest in the Company's shares and represent 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
