Director/PDMR Shareholding

Malcolm Burne, a director of the Company has notified the board that he has purchased 10,000 Auctus ordinary shares on market at a price of GBP 0.4875 per share. In addition the board has been notified by Arlington Group Asset Management Limited that they have purchased 5,000 Auctus ordinary shares on market at a price of GBP 0.497 per share.  

The resulting holdings and percentage of voting rights are as follows:
