MANAGING DIRECTOR: DR EDMUND BATEMAN

The directors of Primary Health Care Limited (" Primary ") announce that the Managing Director, Dr Edmund Bateman, is on sick leave.

During this time, Mr Andrew Duff will take on the role of Acting Managing Director and will also continue to carry out his responsibilities as Finance Director, supported by the Primary executive team.

While Dr Bateman is on leave, he will remain a director of Primary.

Dr Bateman’s fellow directors wish him well as he focuses on his health.
