Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

Hays plc (the "Company")

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company notifies that, on 31 March 2015, Sholto Douglas-Home, a PDMR, was granted an option over 6,338 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 142p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme.  The options will become exercisable from 1 May 2018 until 31 October 2018.
