The Company was notified on 28 May 2015 that, on the same day, Strand Associates Limited (a company owned by Lord Ashcroft KCMG PC) had acquired 575,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").   

Strand Associates Limited now holds 14,471,739 Ordinary Shares, which represents 10.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
