New banking facilities

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA) ("TLA" or the "Company"), the athlete representation and sports marketing business today announced that it has agreed to expand its banking facilities to $15 million with Sun Trust Bank.

The new facilities are for a term of 5 years to January 2018 and comprise a $8 million term loan together with a $7 million revolver.  The revolver is undrawn and is available to fund any future acquisitions as well as general corporate purposes.
