Andrew Pearson, Non-Executive Director of TLA, has notified the Company that he has been appointed a director of Sure Maintenance Group Limited (a private limited company no. 05319177), a gas service maintenance service business.  Mr Pearson has also informed the Company he is no longer a director of Healthtech Innovation Partners Limited (a private limited company no. 07751664), as the business has been dissolved.
