The shareholders of HAV Group ASA are hereby given notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 May 2021 at 15:30 CET, on the second floor of Havard House, Holmefjordvegen 1, 6090 Fosnavåg, Norway.

Please find attached the notice of Annual General Meeting in HAV Group ASA, including registration form/proxy form. The notice is sent to all shareholders with known address.

All attachments, in addition to the Annual Accounts for 2020, will be available on the company's website: www.havgroup.no. Regarding item 8 on the agenda will an updated proposal from the Nomination Committee be published on the website and on www.newsweb.no as soon as the candidate(s) for a new board composition has been clarified.
