ULS Technology plc, the provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, announces that it was informed on 24 August 2015 that on 24 August 2015, Mr Geoff Wicks, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 50p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Wicks' holding in the Company is 30,000 Shares, which represent approximately 0.046 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
