QUOTE
With reference to the company announcement published by Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") on 10 July, 2020 (HRV05 - 'Change in senior management of subsidiary'), the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrea Bocchino, holder of identity card number 0218308A and residing at Apt 27, Joe Flats, Emmanuel Galizia Street, Ta Xbiex, Malta, has been appointed as the managing director of APCO Systems Limited (C 29099) and of Ipsyon Ltd (C 65394), both subsidiaries of the Company, effective 1 May, 2021.
Mr. Bocchino previously occupied the role of head of risk at Ceevo Financial Services (Malta) Limited (C 36102) , a company unrelated to the Harvest group. Mr. Bocchino will report to the respective boards of APCO Systems Limited and Ipsyon Ltd as well as to the Chief Executive Officer of the Harvest group. For all intents and purposes of Listing Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr. Bocchino requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
