Release of deferred shares

The Company's Employee Benefit Trust has today satisfied the release of shares detailed below, to the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility named below, pursuant to the maturity of awards under the terms of the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan (the "Plan"). The awards released consisted of awards made on 19 January 2012 in relation to the financial year ending 31 December 2011 along with dividend equivalent awards made on 14 June 2013 and 21 May 2014. Sufficient shares were withheld to cover the income tax and National Insurance contributions falling due on release of the shares resulting in the net share transfers shown below. The share price used to determine the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due was the closing mid market quotation for shares in the Company on 26 February 2015, £1.673 per share.
