COMPLETION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION WITH THE STAR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED

Reference is made to the announcement issued by Far East Consortium International Limited dated 28 March 2018 (the “ Announcement ”) relating to, among others, the subscription of 45,825,000 fully paid ordinary shares in The Star by the Company in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

COMPLETION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION

The Board is pleased to announce that the Subscription has been completed on 16 April 2018. Following the Completion, the Company holds 45,825,000 fully paid ordinary shares in The Star, which represent 4.99% of the total fully paid ordinary shares in The Star.
