Announcement on qualifying holding
On April 20, 2018 shareholder “Komandītsabiedrība "FLYCAP INVESTMENT FUND I AIF"” sold 13000 (0.71%) shares of AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R) at a price of EUR 6.75 per share.
As a result of the aforementioned transaction "FLYCAP INVESTMENT FUND I AIF"” has decreased its shareholding in AS “HansaMatrix” (HMX1R) to 175808 shares or 9.61%.
The free float of AS HansaMatrix has increased as a result of the transaction.
