Notification of significant influence gaining of JSC “HansaMatrix” in SIA “LightSpace Technologies”
It has been already notified, that on April 21, 2017 JSC HansaMatrix signed a joint investment agreement with KS “AIF Imprimatur Capital Technology Venture Fund” to provide next round investment of 799 365 euro in LightSpace Technologies, SIA. JSC HansaMatrix share in this investment round is 649 635 EUR and after this round participation increases to 33.07%. Newly issued company shares shall by fully invested within 6 month period.
According to IFRS and HansaMatrix finance accounting policies “LightSpace Technologies” after new investment round gains associated company status. It’s net profit results will be reflected in consolidated financial report proportionally to shareholding.
LightSpace Technologies are developing optically deep 3D image display technology with main uses in medicine, scientific visualization and AR/MR applications. The LightSpace Technologies SIA fully (100%) owns Delaware (USA) incorporated C-corporation LightSpace Technologies, Inc. which owns worldwide patents protecting developed technology.
