Completion of office disposals

As anticipated in the press release of 19 June 2012, Hammerson has received the second and final payment of £189 million from Brookfield Office Properties in respect of the transfer of its interests in 125 Old Broad Street and Leadenhall Court. Hammerson exchanged contracts for the sale of the majority of its office portfolio to Brookfield Office Properties last year for £518million, with the first payment of £329 million having been received in September 2012.
