Further to the awards of nil cost options over 25p ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") that were made on 3 March 2014 under the Hammerson Deferred Bonus Share Scheme which vested on 3 March 2016, the Company has been notified that the following Executive Director of the Company, exercised his options on 9 March 2016.
