On 2 November 2015, the Company received notification that Peter Cole, an Executive Director, had exercised an option granted on 10 April 2010 under the Company's Savings-related Share Option Scheme to acquire 4,980 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the 'Shares') in the Company at an option price of £3.1224 per Share on 2 November 2015.

Mr Cole's total beneficial shareholding in the Company following the transaction is 277,461 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
