Director/PDMR Shareholding - correction

Following a recent reconciliation exercise undertaken on Peter Cole's total holding of shares in the Company, it has come to light that, due to an administrative oversight, the Company has been understating Mr Cole's holding of Hammerson plc shares in the Hammerson plc Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") by 18 shares.

On 5 May 2011the Company announced that Mr Cole purchased 314 Partnership Shares and was awarded 628 Matching Shares under the Plan at 477.5 pence per share. 

The number of Partnership Shares purchased by Mr Cole should have been stated as 320 and the number of Matching Shares awarded as 640 at 468.8 pence per share.

As at 28 August 2015, Mr Cole holds 272,314 shares in the Company.
