Further to the awards of nil cost options over 25p ordinary shares in the Company (the 'Shares') that were made on 11 March 2013 under the Hammerson plc Deferred Bonus Share Scheme and which vested on 11 March 2015, the Company has been notified that Jean-Philippe Mouton, an Executive Director of the Company, exercised his options on 30 March 2015.
