The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.

On 9 May 2013, following the assessment of the performance conditions, the awards granted to Directors of the Company on 30 April 2010 under the Hammerson plc 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") vested in the amounts shown in the table below. 

On 10 May 2013, the Company was notified that the following shares were sold at a price of £5.4412 per share:
