On 19 April 2013, awards over 25 pence ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") were granted to the following Executive Directors under the Free Shares element of the Hammerson Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), an HM Revenue and Customs approved share plan.  The price used to determine the number of Shares awarded was 510.00 pence per share.
