Board Changes

As previously announced on 16 February 2015, the Company confirms a number of changes to its Board.

Following the Annual General Meeting which took place on 22 April 2015:

·      Anthony Watson stood down as a Non-Executive Director and as Senior Independent Director; and

·      Terry Duddy was appointed as Senior Independent Director.
