HAMBORNER REIT AG sells three properties no longer consistent with strategy in Krefeld, Duisburg and St. Augustin

Duisburg, 06 October 2015 – After acquiring six properties in Aachen, Celle Fürth, Gießen, Ditzingen and Neu-Isenburg with a total volume of around EUR 149 million this year, HAMBORNER REIT AG has sold three small properties no longer consistent with strategy to an institutional investor in the last few days. These were a high street store in Duisburg (Fischerstrasse 91+93), a property in a small commercial area in Krefeld (Emil-Schäfer-Strasse 22-24) and an industrial building in a commercial area in St. Augustin (Einsteinstrasse 26). The total sale price is around EUR 5.8 million and therefore EUR 2.9 million higher than their residual carrying amount. Ownership is expected to transfer in the fourth quarter 2015.
