Notice of Annual General Meeting

Halo Minerals PLC (AIM: HALO), the copper development company focused on extracting critical minerals from legacy mining waste, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 29 June 2026 at 11.00am at the offices of Watson Farley & Williams LLP, 4th Floor, 15 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HB.  Andrew Dennan, CEO of the Halo Minerals will also provide an update on the Company's activities and strategy at the AGM.

Halo Minerals Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the 2026 AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.halominerals.co.uk.  The Notice of AGM details a number of resolutions proposed by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), and explanatory notes which contain information on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM. The Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy or Form of Instruction for Shareholders to complete will be posted to Shareholders shortly.
