Effective August 14, 2008, Evelyn M. Angelle, Vice President & Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Halliburton Company adopted a prearranged trading plan intended to satisfy Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Any transactions under the plan will be disclosed through Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The planned sales are intended for asset diversification and liquidity.
