Schedule

Lingchip Pty Ltd (Lingchip) holds 14.062.500 voting shares in the Company as trustee for the persons set out in this Schedule (Beneficiaries). From the respective dates of issue by the Company to Lingchip of these shares until 14 September 2007, and notwithstanding that the Beneficiaries have retained beneficial ownership of the shares at all times, Lingchip has exercised the voting rights attached to these shares on behalf of the Beneficiaries and, as such, had a relevant interest in those shares. This relevant interest ceased on 14 September 2007, and from that date onwards, each of the Beneficiaries may direct Lingchip Pty Ltd to vote the shares in accordance with the Beneficiary's directions or to transfer legal title to the relevant shares to the Beneficiary. As such, pursuant to s609(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, Lingchip Pty Ltd no longer has a relevant interest in these shares.
