PUBLICATION OF THE LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STAUTORY AUDITORS

Zola Predosa (BO), 12 April 2023 - With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of GVS S.p.A, convened in an ordinary session at a single call for 3 May 2023, to resolve upon, inter alia, the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, notice is hereby given that the lists of candidates for the appointment of Directors and Statutory Auditors, filed by the Shareholders by the required deadline (8 April 2023) and accompanied by the documentation and information required by the regulations in force are available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website (www.gvs.com - section "Governance" - "Shareholders' Meeting"), as well as at the authorised storage mechanism "emarket Storage".

Below the lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors:

(the "Corporate Governance Code").

(2) Candidate who has declared satisfaction of the requirements set forth by law and by the Articles of Association to serve as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, as well as the independence requirements set forth in Article 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and Recommendation 7 of the Corporate Governance Code.

It is also announced that the shareholder GVS Group has announced its intention to propose to the Shareholders' Meeting:

• to appoint the candidate Alessandro Nasi as Chairman of the Board of Directors (item 5.4 on the agenda of the ordinary session).
