We would like to inform you that the transaction relating to the Health First Pharmacy chain in the United Arab Emirates has been successfully completed.
With respect to the Scientific Pharmacy pharmacies and its distribution channel in the Sultanate of Oman, the transaction remains in progress and is pending receipt of the required governmental and regulatory approvals for completion. |
