Resignation of the President of Management Board

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 14 January 2022, the Company entered into a mutual employmentcontract termination agreement with Mr. Yovav Carmi. Mr. Carmi resignedfrom his seat on the Management Board of the Company (where he was thepresident of board) as well as GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt.The resignation is effective immediately.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
