Subject: Re-appointment of Erez Boniel as a member of the ManagementBoard of Globe Trade Centre S.A. for next three year term

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 17 May 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Companyre-appointed Erez Boniel as member of the Management Board of theCompany for next three-year terms.

Erez Boniel has been a member of Globe Trade Centre S.A Management Boardand Chief Financial Officer and has led GTC's financial activity since1997. Mr. Boniel holds an MBA with honours from Calgary University and aCPA certificate.

According to statement he has made, Erez Boniel is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Polish Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform anyactivities outside of the Company's business which could be consideredcompetitive thereto, does not participate in any competitive business,either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type ofpartnership, and is not member of the authorities of any competitivecompany or any other competitive entity.
