Contentof the report:

TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company")informs that on January 19 and 20, 2023 the Company receivednotifications of transactions on Company's shares referred to in Article19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC ("MAR") from the followingpersons discharging managerial responsibilities: (i) Przemysław Gacek -President of the Management Board of the Company, (ii) Maciej Noga -Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, (iii) Rafał Nachyna -Member of the Management Board of the Company and (iv) GracjanFiedorowicz - Member of the Management Board of the Company.

Thenotifications concern free of charge transfer of part of Company'sshares held by the abovementioned persons for the benefit of members ofthe senior management of the Company and companies in its capital group.The Company informed about the receipt of information on the intentionto make said transactions in the current report no. 01/2023 datedJanuary 5, 2023.
