Milan, 13 December 2018 – MailUp S.p.A. (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "MailUp"), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, hereby clarifies that the sales estimates for 2018 of about Eur 37 mln referred to in the video interview that the CEO gave Proactive Investors within the LD Micro Conference in Los Angeles on December 6, published on December 8, are to be intended as referred to market consensus.
