Sfpi Group achieves turnover of € 626 million, thanks to a rebound in the second half of the year

Sfpi Group announces consolidated revenue of €626 million for the 2025 financial year, an improvement on the €615 million estimates announced in September 2025. In a mixed economic environment, business activity was down slightly by 5,9% compared with 2024, with a marked improvement in the second half of the year, confirming the strength of the Group's model.

This data is currently being audited.

The sales by division is as follows :

2025 2024 variation
€m In % €m In % €m In %
BUILDING DOM SECURITY 233 37,3% 235 35,3% -2 -0,7%
MAC 210 33,6% 221 33,1% -11 -4,6%
INDUSTRY NEU-JKF 123 19,6% 134 20,1% -11 -8,3%
MMD 60 9,6% 76 11,5% -16 -21,3%
TOTAL CONSOLIDATED 626 100 % 666 100 % -40 -5,9%

The financial year was characterised by a recovery trend. After a 10.4% decline in the first half of the year amid a sharp slowdown in several European markets, Sfpi Group began a gradual recovery in its business. The second half of 2025 was thus broadly comparable to that of 2024, illustrating the Group's adaptability and operational resilience.

This trajectory confirms the relevance of Sfpi Group's positioning in the safety sector, which is structurally promising in the context of industrial and environmental transition.

Within the building division, activity was down €13 million, or -2,6%. Nevertheless, the DOM SECURITY division performed well in the second half of the year (+0,8%), enabling it to make up for the shortfall in the first half. The MAC division ended the year with a decline in activity of -4,6%, with a slight decrease of -1,1% in the second half.

In the industry division, the MMD division ended the financial year down €16 million, or more than 21%, after experiencing a decline of nearly 30% in the first half of the year. The NEU-JKF division, down -8,3% for the financial year, performed well in the second half of 2025, with an improvement of 1,6% compared to the second half of 2024.

Details of the 2025 consolidated results will be published after closing on April 15th, 2026.
