Renounceable Rights Issue Offer – option holder participation

King Island Scheelite Limited ( KIS ) lodged an Information Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form ( Offer Documents ), for a renounceable rights issue to raise up to $1,000,000 with ASX Limited ( ASX ) on 2[nd] August 2012.

Copies of the Offer Documents are available on the ASX website (www.asx.com.au) as well as the Company’s website (www.kingislandscheelite.com.au).

Option holders may only participate in the rights issue if the options are exercised prior to the record date, being Monday 13 August 2012.
