Renounceable Rights Issue Offer – option holder participation

King Island Scheelite Limited ( KIS ) lodged an Information Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form ( Offer Documents ), for a renounceable rights issue to raise up to $4,054,294 with ASX Limited ( ASX ) on 11[th] March 2011.

Copies of the Offer Documents are available on the ASX website (www.asx.com.au) as well as the Company’s website (www.kingislandscheelite.com.au).

Option holders may only participate in the rights issue if the options are exercised prior to the record date, being 22[nd] March 2011.
