Essentially, within the scope of this cooperative venture UBS Leasing AG will provide prospective leasing clients for small-scale capital goods – notably IT equipment – with an online platform from GRENKELEASING AG. A new cooperation agreement is underway for leasing operations in telecom- munications, copying equipment, medical technology, alarm systems, IT leasing for hardware and software as well as related manufacturer-guaranteed services. For the purpose of online transaction processing, GRENKELEASING provides prospective clients with its software program which allows all-inclusive process-ing from initial leasing enquiries to ultimate conclusion of contracts. Specialist dealers will benefit in particular from this solution. Swift credit rating decisions, simple administrative procedures and speedy disbursements are the key argu-ments in favour of this system. According to Andreas Buri, General Manager of UBS Leasing AG, “for UBS Leasing, this cooperative venture with GRENKELEASING constitutes an ideal complement to the existing capital goods leasing range available.” “We consider our cooperation with UBS Leasing a further key step towards achieving our objective of boosting our small-ticket IT leasing operations further to reach an acquisition value of CHF 50,000. Not only do our cooperation partners benefit from our flexible offers; they are also a considerable boon to their customers”, explains Wolfgang Grenke, Chairman of the Executive Board of GRENKELEASING AG.
