Moreton Resources Terminates Conditional Agreement To Purchase Bass Metals Limited’s Tasmanian Assets

Moreton Resources Limited (ASX:MRV), advises that as of 5.00pm on the 18[th] of May 2015, it terminated its conditional agreement to purchase Bass Metals Limited Tasmanian Assets.

Moreton Resources Limited is of the opinion that it cannot substantiate material issues that are critical to the prospect, and therefore in our opinion, there was no prospect of being able to satisfy the conditions precedent.

The Company will continue to pursue alternate prospects in attempting to add near term value to the Shareholders of MRV, and will update the market, when such prospects lead to a more substantive basis, on which the market can be informed.
