Greenwing Resources Ltd (ASX:GW1)(the ‘Company’) advises that it will be holding its 2024 AGM on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 7 October 2025.
