Cleansing Notice

GreenTech Metals Ltd (ASX: GRE) (‘ GreenTech ’ or 'the Company ') confirms the issue of 300,000 ordinary Shares on exercise of options (150,000 at $0.225 per share and 150,000 at $0.16 per share) as outlined in the Appendix 2A’s lodged 27 November 2023.

Confirmation under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“the Act”)

The Company hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act in compliance with the requirements of section 708A(6) of the Act. The Company also advises that as at the date of this notice

  1. The Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

  2. The Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

  3. The Company has complied with section 674 and 674A of the Act; and

  4. As at the date of this notice, there is no information:

    • a. That has been excluded from a continuous disclosure notice in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules; and

    • b. That investors and their professional advisers would reasonably require for the purpose of making an informed assessment of:

      • i. The assets and liabilities, financial position and performance, profits and losses and prospects of the Company; or

      • ii. The rights and liabilities attaching to the shares.

The Company is an exploration and development company primarily established to discover, develop, and acquire Australian and overseas projects containing minerals and metals that are used in the battery storage and electric vehicle sectors. The Company’s founding projects are focused on the underexplored nickel, copper and cobalt in the West Pilbara and Fraser Range Provinces.
