Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, HK$10,000,000 0.1 per cent bonds due 2031 (the “Bonds”) (to be consolidated and to form a single series with HK$310,000,000 0.1 per cent bonds due 2031) to be issued under the HK$2,300,000,000 medium term bond programme with ISIN number XS1142114278 (the “Programme”) as described in the information memorandum dated 25 August 2014 prepared in respect of the Programme and the pricing supplement dated 18 May 2015 prepared in respect of the Bonds. The Bonds, in denomination of HK$1,250,000, will be issued by way of debt issue to professional investors only. Interest on the Bonds will be payable annually in arrears at the interest rate of 0.1% per annum. Permission to deal in the Bonds is expected to become effective on 22 May 2015.
