Completion of Acquisition of Dromadda More Wind Farm

Dublin, London, 1 May 2018: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("GRP") the Irish renewable infrastructure company, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Dromadda More wind farm following the formal commissioning of the asset. The acquisition takes Greencoat Renewables' generation capacity to 194MW and total borrowings to 43% of Gross Asset Value.
