("GSNA") agreed to sell 3.5 million shares of the common stock of Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc. ("GPRE") to GPRE at a price of $8.00 per share. Under the agreement, GPRE will pay one-half of the purchase price for the shares on September 16, 2011, and the balance of the purchase price on or before December 15, 2011.
