Appointment of Interim Director

Great Western Exploration Limited (“Great Western”, ASX: GTE) advises that Justin Barton, currently the Company Secretary, has been appointed as an interim Non-Executive Director following the passing of Terry Grammer.

On 27 April 2020, the Company announced that Messrs. Ross Williams and Grey Egerton-Warburton would join the Board subject to several key events occurring in connection with GTE’s proposed capital raising. Upon their appointment to the Board, Mr Barton will resign along with current Director Jordan Luckett.
