This is to inform you that ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) under its schemes holds equity shares of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (the Company) (whose shares are listed on your Stock Exchange).

The details of sale transaction on February 25, 2021 are as follows:
