Sub: Demise of Mrs. Jyotsna K. Sheth, belonging to the promoter group of the Company.

On the sad demise of Mrs. Jyotsna K. Sheth (wife of Mr. K. M. Sheth, Chairman of the Company), belonging to the promoter group, on September 12, 2021, part of her holding has been credited to demat account of Mr. K.M. Sheth on September 30, 2021 being transmission process as follows:

1. Out of 2,47,968 (0.17%) shares held by her jointly with Mr. K.M.Sheth as second holder, 1,24,032 shares have been credited to the demat account of Mr. K.M.Sheth as a single holder.

2. Out of the 2,78,133 (0.19%) shares held by Mr. K.M.Sheth jointly with Mrs. Jyotsna K.Sheth as second holder, 2,70,933 shares have been credited to the demat account of Mr. K.M.Sheth as a single holder.

There is no change in overall promoter group holding in the Company.
