The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday, May 7, 2021, to inter-alia consider the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

An Earnings Call has been scheduled at 04:30 pm (IST) on Friday, May 7, 2021 .

Mr. G. Shivakumar, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer would give a financial snapshot and discuss the Company's financial performance.
